Improve Poor Circulation – Dos and Don'ts

Improve Poor Circulation – Dos and Don’ts
Improve Poor Circulation – Dos and Don’ts

You’re probably reading this because you or your loved one are experiencing its symptoms such as cold feet and hands, tingling or numbness or even swollen ankles but fear not, there are ways to improve poor circulation – Dos and Don’ts are listed below.

The main causes of poor circulation are:

Smoking

High Blood Pressure

High Blood Cholesterol

Alcohol

Please Note: As we get older (even if we are by no means over-weight nor drink or smoke) our blood pressure and blood cholesterol increases but read below to find out how you can improve your circulation.

DON’TS

Do NOT smoke

Do NOT drink alcohol

Do NOT eat fatty and sugary foods. Or to be more realistic, eat these sparingly.

Do NOT consume too much salt

DOS

Exercise on a regular basis such as swimming, riding a bike or just walking. Doing exercise will get your blood pumping and slowly open the small blood vessels in your feet.

Raise your legs when you can such as when you’re sitting on your sofa lift up your legs to the arm rest or lie on the floor placing your feet on the sofa/chair to help the circulation through to your feet.

Last but certainly not least is start eating a healthy diet which includes:

Eating garlic, onions and chillies

Eating whole grain cereals, rice, bread and pasta

Eating plenty of RAW fruit and vegetables

Eating a healthy diet that includes plenty of fiber will help to lower cholesterol hence improve your circulation because soluble fiber binds to cholesterol in the gut helping to remove fats as waste from the body.

I can’t emphasize enough on how the foods we eat affect our health and well-being and that does include poor circulation. It is very important to improve our circulation as we know that it can lead to other problems in the future such as a heart attack so I encourage you to nip it in the bud right now and start eating your way to not only improve poor circulation but for your entire well-being. We all know that prevention is better than a cure.

I know that eating RAW fruit and vegetables is not most peoples cuppa tea but if only you really knew how it really is true that ‘we are what we eat’ I mean when you look at the Japanese they have much fewer health problems as a nation than in the western world and it’s down to what foods we consume.

Don’t get me wrong, I am no saint in eating healthy every day as I do love my chocolate and chips but I eat them in moderation. I used to struggle eating RAW fruit and vegetables every day and I even tried different RAW food diets but they just never lasted, 2-3 weeks max.

After all my trials and errors I finally found something that seemed to tick all my boxes but the box it didn’t tick was the price. At that time, being a student $600 was a LOT of money.

After a long deliberation, I decided to purchase it praying that I had made the right decision. I didn’t dare think, ‘It might be a waste of money’. Anyways, let me tell you something…I’m so glad I did make the right decision as it has proven to be absolutely amazing!

It has done wonders for my health and for the health of my family especially when my children came along. I have friends that have a hard time feeding their kids with enough fruit and veg but when they come over I use my secret weapon on them and they have no problems eating it. So like most parents I know that it can be difficult introducing fruit and veg to your children but thankfully with this machine I don’t have this battle.
