There should be a huge intake of vitamin supplements like Vitamin A, Vitamin B, 1000mg of Vitamin C, and Vitamin E along with 500 mg of curcumin and omega 3 fatty acids. All these will help you to boot up the recovery of the skin. Everyone is advised to drink 4.5 liters of water on a regular basis to get back the glowing skin.
Green leafy vegetables and fruits are rich in antioxidants. All the junk food along with coconut sugar, jaggery and date palms should be avoided.
