Tip 1: Take the right diet
Mouni Roy suggests that having the right diet can really help your skin. This is one tip that has been passing over from generations and our mothers also swear by this. To gain healthy skin, make it a point that you don’t skip meals or eat unnecessary junk food; its high time you make green vegetables your best friend.
Tip 2: Keep yourself hydrated
It is recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water every day to get rid of bodily toxins. Roy, during her interaction, repeatedly emphasised on how important it is to keep one’s skin hydrated all throughout the day.
Tip 3: Apply day and night cream
Once you have cleaned your face, apply a cream or a lotion, whichever suits you best. Roy shared that using a cream for day time and a night cream before you hit the bed works really well for healthy skin.
Tip 4: Remove Makeup
Apart from drinking loads of water, make sure your skin has enough space to breathe. Every time you head back home from a long day at work or a girl’s night out, don’t sleep with your makeup on. Remove your makeup before bedtime, suggests Mouni.
